Gas filter lifting handle by Richard Cook
Did you ever wonder why it took you so long to think of something? I’ve had a CJ for a few years now and each time I fill up I take off my gloves and get my fingers gassed up. This has been annoyed me through many tanks of gas.
	Today I checked the fuel before running the bike and it occurred to me that a simple lifting handle from stiff wire would make this much cleaner. It is good to keep the screen as it helps to prevent sloshing out of the tank when near full. It took less than a minute to take some stiff wire and make a little handle. Now I can fuel with clean fingers.
