	Here’s an easy to build support to statically balance wheels. Get a set of ball bearings from a skateboarding shop. These cost under $10 for 8.
	Remove the bearing seal to reduce friction.
	Get a couple of supports from a lumber yard or home renovation store. They’re designed to hold 4x4 beams for deck and patio construction. Bolt two bearings at the top of each support as shown. They should be almost touching and mounted as close as possible to the upper edge of the supports.
	Bolt or clamp the two supports to a suitable base and you’re ready to balance the wheel. This wheel needed 4 oz to counterbalance the valve stem.
