Cason |
 |
Pushing the shaft into the case with the
tube from a radio antenna cut up. The tube slips on the
shaft. |
 |
Jiggle this up and down and twist it till
you feel the square end of the clutch shaft pop into
place. Don't forget to put a couple drops of oil on the
felt wiper before it goes in. . |
 |
The push pin slid into the tube and pressing
against the clutch shaft. |
 |
Put a drop of lube oil on each part when
installing. |
 |
The pressure side of the thrust bearing goes
next. |
 |
The thrust bearing. Don't forget a drop or
two of oil here. |
 |
The throw-out bearing plunger. The clutch
lever rides in this groove. Not all of these plungers are
made the same. Some have the O rings installed in the
trans case and the plunger is smooth. |
