BDMC summer ride from Jim Bryant "It's when we get lost that we usually find the best roads. Today was the same. I tried to ride the back roads up to the Simitai Great Wall which is a couple hours north of Beijing. We found it, but on the way back, we found another unrestored section of the Great Wall and a village called Guan Men which means "Closed Door". The wall goes right through this small village. I don't imagine they get too many tourists at this section of the wall."
